What is Mahamrityunjay Jaap?
Mahamrityunjay Jaap, explained.
The Mahamrityunjay mantra, “Om Tryambakam Yajamahe…”, comes from the Rigveda and is dedicated to Lord Shiva. The jaap is performed with a set count of recitations, followed by havan, and is often advised during illness, recovery or challenging phases of life.
